CEO and President, Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies (PES)
The Joint Center sought assistance to recruit for the position of CEO President. Response Group was selected to lead a national level search in order to produce a qualified pool of innovative and creative leaders and assist in the development of a highly competitive compensation package. Using their extensive database to source for this position, Response Group was able to present five superior candidates within a short period of time.
President, Congressional Black Caucus The Board of Directors of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation retained Response Group during the invitation of nominations and applications for the position of President. Response Group assisted the Board in determining the unique qualifications required for this position and assisted our client in developing an ideal candidate profile. Following the standard Response Group recruitment process we were able to identify, screen, and present a short list of highly qualified candidates within 90 days.
Vice President, Human Resources For a large professional services client based in Washington, DC with offices around the country and well over 1 billion in revenue, we conducted a national search for this position and presented a short list of three candidates to our client in less than 90 days. After the search committee decided on the candidate of choice we assisted our client to develop a very competitive compensation package.
Vice President, Finance & Administration A national non-profit organization seeking to transform itself decided a new senior management team was needed to create a new mission and vision statement and bring private sector, bottom-line experience to the enterprise. The Vice President for Finance and Administration was one of the key positions in this transformation. Our executive search team, through our massive database and national networks produced four top tier candidates for this position to our client in less than two months.
Vice President, Resource Development As noted above, a search engagement for another member of the senior management team for this national non-profit organization was conducted by RGI. This position was filled within ninety days after a national search.
CFO and Director, Finance Our client is a market leader in international business development retained the services of Response Group to deliver a CFO and Director, Finance to support a new business model and organizational renewal effort. A unique combination of skills and experiences were required by the successful candidates to add the value needed for this transformative strategy. Working closely with our client partners we understood the complexities and developed a candidate profile to help focus the competencies and skills needed in this position. Director, New Product Development The nation’s largest home mortgage financial services firm seeking to capitalize on the mortgage re-fi boom needed to expand it product development capacity and called upon RGI to recruit top notch new product development professionals. Our networks within the financial services sector enabled us to source a wide range of product development professionals with mortgage industry experience. Several of our candidates were hire over a six-month period.
Chief, Construction & Engineering (Transportation) A transit client starting a Light Rail project needed a Chief of Engineering and Construction. Response Group was retained to identify qualified candidates with experience building light rail systems. During this nation-wide search a slate of five finalists were presented and a successful match was made.
Engineers, PE This international Consulting Engineering firm needed a number of engineers to fill domestic and international construction project positions. RGI was retained to recruit for the positions on a very short timeframe. Over a period of two months our team produced qualified engineers with multiple certifications and large project experience and was able to meet the urgent timeline requirements of our client.
