HERMAN SCOTT

Following a highly successful 22-year corporate HR career where he held executive leadership and management positions in companies that included American Airlines, MCI Telecommunications, Citigroup, International Group Plans, Inc. and Humana Healthcare, Mr. Scott established Response Group in 1987. The firm provides executive search and HR consulting to organizations nationally and internationally. Mr. Scott is widely recognized for strategic innovations in human resource management and organizational development focused on change and transformation.

He is an executive coach to leaders of corporate and non-profit organizations. Mr. Scott also works with the management team to develop visionary strategic plans and business strategies that drive their organizational success.

Mr. Scott holds an MA degree in Organizational Behavior and is currently a practitioner/faculty member of Management at Johns Hopkins University.
